We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Dining Servers who are dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for our residents. In this role, each server plays a vital part in enhancing the day-to-day life of seniors by delivering excellent dining service in a friendly and accommodating manner. Dining Servers at Brightview are responsible for taking and delivering resident meal orders, ensuring correct handling of dietary restrictions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in dining areas. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a warm approach toward each resident to foster a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes.

This position offers an hourly wage range of USD 17.00 to USD 19.50, reflecting the value and commitment we place on our team members. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
Good communication skills
Physical stamina to stand and move during shifts
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in dining services or customer service is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong orientation towards outstanding customer service
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity

Job Duties

Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by accurately taking and delivering orders
Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service, ensuring a welcoming environment
Assist with meal preparation and presentation under the guidance of kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate residents’ health needs
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining and food preparation areas according to health and safety guidelines
Engage with residents to create a warm and social dining atmosphere, paying attention to their preferences and feedback
Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies
