The In-Room Dining Server role at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is a vital part of the food and beverage team, responsible for delivering impeccable room service to guests. This position demands an individual with attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Servers handle food orders, special amenities, and guest requests with both efficiency and warmth, ensuring timely delivery that preserves the quality and presentation of every item. In addition to logistical tasks, the In-Room Dining Server serves as a key point of contact to enhance the guest experience by greeting guests courteously, providing detailed descriptions of menu items, and anticipating guest needs. The role requires accurately managing guest checks, including closing bills, securing signatures and room numbers, handling voided or complimentary meals with care, and responding promptly and appropriately to concerns or special requests. Given the hotel’s 24/7 operation, servers must be adaptable and flexible, prepared to work shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle guest requests promptly
- Excellent communication skills
- Work authorization in the United States
