We are currently seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join our esteemed food and beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia. This full-time role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about impeccable service and eager to make a positive impact in a luxury hospitality environment. In-Room Dining Servers are responsible for ensuring that food and beverage orders, along with any guest requests or special needs, are delivered promptly and with care to guest rooms. The role requires a friendly, attentive attitude, the ability to provide detailed descriptions of menu items, and the agility to maintain room service trays and tables. Servers will also be responsible for closing guest checks accurately, managing voids and complimentary meals properly, and proactively anticipating guest needs to create an exceptional dining experience.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- passion for flawless service and high integrity
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
- ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly

Job Duties
- transport food orders and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner
- greet guests and provide thorough descriptions of food and beverage items
- breakdown, clean, and set up room service tables and necessary items
- coordinate tray and table removal
- accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature
- properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond to guest concerns and requests promptly
