The position available is for a full-time Dining Server within the Assisted Living Facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring residents receive nutritious meals in a timely and pleasant manner, helping to maintain their health and satisfaction. The Dining Server will be responsible for taking resident orders and serving foods, including texture modified and therapeutic diets, strictly adhering to the facility's menu and dietary guidelines. Attention to detail and an understanding of dietary restrictions and special needs are essential in this role. Additionally, the Dining Server will help maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas, following state and federal regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

This role reports directly to Dining Managers and the Executive Chef with final oversight by the Director of Food and Beverage. Communication and teamwork are key aspects of the position, as the Dining Server must coordinate closely with other dining staff, residents, and the hostess to create a seamless dining experience. The employer offers competitive pay, with an opportunity to earn up to $15 per hour, and a unique pay advance program called Pay Active Pay, allowing employees to access up to 50 percent of their earnings as needed.
