Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and guide them through the vibe dining experience
- share detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings
- accurately take food and beverage orders, inputting them into the pos system
- deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation
- monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
- support teammates to maintain smooth service flow
- complete opening and closing side work as directed by management
- keep service areas clean and organized throughout your shift
- process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests, encouraging their return
