Job Requirements
- Must speak and write English proficiently
- Capable of accurately performing basic math operations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and/or certification
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 pounds from storage
- Ability to work collaboratively to provide an exceptional dining experience
- Valid State Server Alcohol Permit
- Valid State Server Alcohol Training Certification

Job Duties
- Prepare tables, roll silverware, and ensure condiments are always replenished alongside performing other essential checklist tasks
- Stay informed about the current menu, liquor and beer selections, and daily specials
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas
- Promptly greet guests at the door and ensure they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive
- Warmly greet guests within 60 seconds after they are seated at their table
- Promote daily specials and programs effectively
- Offer recommendations for drinks, desserts, and appetizers
- Accurately write down orders using a server pad
- Treat all guests as if they were your own and ensure their food is served within 12 minutes of order placement
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Assist with pre-bussing and bus tables as needed
- Utilize the POS system for order entry and process transactions with cash, credit cards, and Wings Etc. Gift Cards, providing exact change as necessary
- Seat guests at their tables with care and attention
