Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in upscale dining preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to multi-task, thrive under pressure, and excel in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the vibe dining experience
- Share detailed insights on the menu, daily specials, and beverage pairings
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and accuracy
- Promptly monitor guest satisfaction, professionally addressing any concerns
- Support team members as necessary to maintain a smooth service flow
- Complete opening and closing side work as directed by management
