Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dining service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to provide attentive and friendly service
- ability to work effectively within a team environment
Job Duties
- providing personalized dining service including taking orders serving meals and assisting with all clean-up procedures
- preparing and maintaining dining kitchen and storage areas ensuring they are safe organized and sanitary according to cleaning schedules and requirements
- inspecting dining supplies utensils and equipment recommending replacements as needed
- building positive relationships with residents their families and team members
