Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent hospitality to seniors
- Availability for breakfast and lunch shifts including every other weekend
- Commitment to The Waters values of teamwork, humility, responsibility, innovation
- Willingness to represent The Waters professionally
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- No prior experience necessary
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent hospitality skills for senior residents
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with residents and guests
- Positive, warm, and inviting personality
Job Duties
- Provide upscale and professional dining services to residents and guests
- Respond promptly and courteously to requests from residents, guests, and team members
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Create a warm, fun, and engaging environment
- Engage with residents, their families, and friends to foster community connections
- Represent The Waters professionally in all interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
