The Server position is designed to provide upscale and professional dining services to community residents and their guests. Scheduled for breakfast and lunch service from 8 AM to 2 PM, including every other weekend, this role requires someone who can deliver warm, attentive service that genuinely enhances the dining experience of seniors. As a Server at The Waters, you will be the face of the dining experience, responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment. Your role includes timely response to requests, professional representation of the community, and fostering meaningful connections with residents, their families, and friends.
