The Dining Server position at SALMON Health and Retirement is designed to offer residents and guests an exceptional dining experience that enhances their daily lives. This part-time role operates during 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm shifts, including an every other weekend rotation, providing flexibility and balance to employees’ schedules. Paid at a competitive rate of $16.00 to $17.20 per hour, this role emphasizes timely and courteous service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied. The Dining Server is responsible not only for serving meals but also for maintaining a clean and organized dining area that contributes to a pleasant atmosphere.
