The Dining Server position at SALMON Health and Retirement is designed to offer residents and guests an exceptional dining experience that enhances their daily lives. This part-time role operates during 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm shifts, including an every other weekend rotation, providing flexibility and balance to employees’ schedules. Paid at a competitive rate of $16.00 to $17.20 per hour, this role emphasizes timely and courteous service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied. The Dining Server is responsible not only for serving meals but also for maintaining a clean and organized dining area that contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. Effective communication and collaboration with kitchen staff and fellow servers are essential to meet the needs of residents efficiently. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
  • availability to work part-time shifts including evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • ability to work collaboratively with others
  • physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift

Job Qualifications
