The Dining Services Server position at Covenant Living is vital in delivering outstanding dining experiences to residents, guests, and staff. This role is primarily focused on providing prompt, courteous service during all meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Dining Services Server is responsible for a variety of duties, including serving food, waiting on tables, bussing tables, and assisting in food preparation tasks such as salad bar setup and dessert staging. This position also supports special events and meetings by setting up dining areas and delivering refreshments. Attention to sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance is critical, especially given the healthcare and senior living context.

Compensation for the role ranges from $14.44 to $18.80 per hour, reflecting factors such as experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
