The Dining Room Supervisor role at Paseo is a full-time position located in Anaheim, California, offering an hourly wage between $25.00 and $27.00. This role is integral to maintaining high service standards and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. The supervisor will work closely with management and team members to uphold organizational policies, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support the training and development of hourly staff. The position demands leadership skills in managing staffing levels in accordance with business volume and budgetary goals. The Dining Room Supervisor will also actively monitor the dining area, responding to guest needs and overseeing the provision of all necessary products and supplies. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum 1 year of related experience
  • basic math skills
  • basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
  • demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints using active listening to maintain goodwill
  • ability to lift or carry 50 pounds
  • ability to stand or walk 100 percent of the time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
  • maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
  • assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member 1-on-1 sessions
  • assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
  • inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
  • supervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties
  • ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
