Job Requirements
- One year prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Directly supervising all dining staff including table and section assignments
- Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where needed
- Training dining staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards including prompt, efficient and courteous service
- Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas
- Relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals
