Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a rapidly expanding, family-owned senior living company with over 60 communities nationwide. Known for its resort-style environments, RLC places a strong emphasis on servant-hearted leadership and community-driven values. The organization is guided by five core values: Respect, Honesty, Kindness & Compassion, and Service Excellence, which shape every aspect of the resident and employee experience. At RLC, serving seniors is seen as a calling rather than just a job, fostering a culture that prioritizes happy employees, satisfied residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations as the pillars of its success. The environment blends professional growth, meaningful connections, and a dedication to making a daily impact within the community.

As a Dining Room Supervisor at Resort Lifestyle Communities, you will play a critical leadership role by actively serving residents and guests during meal times while overseeing dining operations to ensure an excellent experience for all. This position requires you to lead and support the server team through hiring, coaching, scheduling, and ongoing development, ensuring alignment with RLC’s labor standards and service expectations. You will maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in the dining room and chef’s pantry areas, ensuring freshness, excellent presentation, and adherence to sanitation standards. This role also demands a high level of resident engagement, welcoming newcomers personally and contributing to creating moments of meaningful connection through dining. As part of the community leadership team, you will participate in meetings, coordinate efforts to address resident needs, plan and support special events, and help drive the overall business objectives of the senior living community.

The Dining Room Supervisor schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with additional hours required to support events and holidays. Candidates are expected to have basic Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency with Excel and Outlook, and hold or obtain ServSafe® Manager food safety certification and a Food Handlers permit in accordance with local regulations. Previous supervisory experience in service settings is preferred to ensure effective team leadership and resident satisfaction. In return, RLC offers competitive compensation, a robust benefits package, and a workplace where employees are empowered to make a positive impact in a supportive, beautiful setting. This full-time opportunity invites dedicated individuals who approach their work with compassion, respect, and a commitment to service excellence to apply and join a growing company where their contributions truly matter.
