Dining Room Server - Senior Living Community

This position is for a full-time Dining Room Server role, with a consistent weekday and weekend schedule, including shifts from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. The role goes beyond simply serving meals; it is an opportunity to provide exceptional hospitality and create meaningful dining experiences for the residents. The Dining Room Server plays a vital part in the community by helping to create a restaurant-style dining atmosphere where residents enjoy their meals in a comfortable, respectful, and caring setting. In this role, you will be expected to serve meals with professionalism, warmth, and kindness while building relationships with residents, their families, and guests. You will assist in setting up and maintaining the dining room’s ambiance and cleanliness and collaborate closely with the Culinary Services Team and Care Team to ensure a seamless dining experience. A strong emphasis is placed on hospitality, excellent customer service, food safety, sanitation, infection control, and teamwork.
