Additionally, the role requires restocking and monitoring beverages, food supplies, dishes, and silverware to ensure constant availability during meal periods. Effective sanitation practices must be followed at all times to uphold departmental cleanliness standards. Another core duty involves collecting and preparing soiled dishes for proper cleaning, as well as maintaining soda machines, milk boxes, and coffee machines.
