The position available at Dial involves assisting with meal service and dining area maintenance, making it a critical role in the day-to-day operations that directly impact residents' dining experience. This role requires a compassionate, attentive, and customer-focused individual who will serve and interact with residents in a manner that promotes their comfort and satisfaction during meals. Responsibilities include taking and closing out meal orders, serving food and beverages, bussing and clearing tables, setting and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, including vacuuming after meals. The ability to recognize residents by name and understand their food and beverage preferences is essential for delivering personalized service.

Candidates for this role must be at least 16 years of age and possess the ability to read, write, and comprehend English. The job demands physical activity, including standing, walking, and moving about for shifts of 3 to 3.75 hours. Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory, with an emphasis on a willingness to learn and help others.
