Job Requirements
- Must be age 16 or older
- Ability to read write and comprehend the English language
- Promote teamwork in providing services to residents
- Patience and a customer-focused attitude
- Operation of basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn
- Working 3-3.75 hours per shift standing walking and moving about without the need to sit down

Job Duties
- Serve residents meals take orders and assist residents throughout all aspects of the dining experience
- Take all orders and close out orders within the Dial designated point of sale system
- Provide customer service to residents to allow high level of resident satisfaction while serving meals
- Set tables for upcoming meals and reset for the following meal
- Inform residents what foods are available on the day’s menu
- Address residents by name and their food beverage likes and dislikes
- Prepare beverages before meals and serve beverage of choice to each resident
- Keep water glasses and coffee cups and/or carafes filled
- Clear tables as needed throughout meal and bus tables after the meal is finished
- Vacuum carpet in the dining room after each meal
- Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents community operations and personnel
- Report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs
- Other duties as assigned
