Our commitment goes beyond merely providing care; we aim to add life to the years of our residents by fostering happiness and a true sense of family every day. Dial emphasizes a culture where team members feel valued and appreciated, making it a place where you can genuinely love the way you work.
Our community is centered around enriching the lives of older adults, ensuring their needs are met with respect, dignity, and personalized attention. This role offers more than just a job; it offers a chance to become part of a caring community where every day brings new opportunities to positively impact our residents' well-being.
The position at Dial focuses on assisting with meal service in our dining area, a vital component of creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include serving meals and beverages, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. This role requires a friendly, attentive individual who can provide excellent customer service tailored to meet the preferences and needs of our residents. You will help ensure that every dining experience is pleasant and that residents feel recognized and cared for, addressing them by name and remembering their likes and dislikes.
This part-time position offers flexible shifts that range from 3 to 3.75 hours, requiring physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift. The role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and committed to teamwork, providing a supportive atmosphere for new employees or those transferring from other roles. Dial supports its workforce with many benefits, including paid time off for birthdays and anniversaries, tuition assistance, holiday double pay, referral bonuses, free meals during shifts, employee recognition programs, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. This comprehensive benefits package reflects our dedication to supporting our employees as they make valuable contributions to our community.
At Dial, you will be part of a team that values patience, respect, and a genuine care for older adults.
