This premier community prides itself on its extensive amenities, designed to foster a welcoming and vibrant environment where seniors can thrive both socially and physically. At the heart of Paradise Valley Estates lies a dedication to not only serving its residents with authenticity, honor, collaboration, and service but also to nurturing and investing in the team members who make this possible.
Joining Paradise Valley Estates means becoming part of a team that values inclusion, teamwork, and continuous personal and professional growth. The organization emphasizes a healthy work-life balance, offering flexible scheduling options, competitive pay, and a comprehensive array of benefits aimed at supporting the well-being of its staff. From on-site fitness facilities available around the clock to wellness programs, referral bonuses, scholarship opportunities, and a Safe Harbor 401k plan, PVE demonstrates a clear commitment to its employees' growth, health, and financial security. The company culture is vibrant and engaging with regular events such as team mixers, town halls, and barbecues that build camaraderie and celebrate successes.
The Server position at Paradise Valley Estates plays a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for residents, their families, and guests. Reporting to the Dining Room Manager, the Server acts as a frontline ambassador of hospitality, ensuring every meal is served with care and professionalism. This role demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Servers are responsible for greeting and seating residents, taking meal orders attentively, and providing options when necessary. They must handle food and beverage orders accurately and deliver service that adheres to proper techniques, such as serving from the left and clearing dishes between courses.
Beyond the technical aspects of service, Servers at PVE must embody the core values of Authenticity, Honor, Service, and Collaboration, contributing to a positive atmosphere that enhances each dining occasion. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed and provided with the necessary training, highlighting the company’s commitment to growth and development. This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the capacity to maintain professionalism in every interaction. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive work environment that nurtures career development and rewards dedication with numerous perks and advancement opportunities.
At Paradise Valley Estates, the focus is not just on a job but on building a meaningful career within a community that cares. Whether working full-time or part-time in afternoon or evening shifts, Servers will find themselves surrounded by a culture that supports well-being, professional development, and a shared mission of improving quality of life. With a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, wellness incentives, and financial support programs, employees can enjoy stability and growth. Paradise Valley Estates invites those eager to contribute to something bigger than themselves to join their team, bringing passion, dedication, and a willingness to learn and grow in a rewarding senior living environment.
