Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
- Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Sharp vision with close-up, color, and focus capabilities
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality and drive to create memorable guest experiences
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and timeliness
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and handling money
- Competence with technology such as phone systems, registers, and ordering software
Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and guide them through their dining journey with flawless service
- Take and deliver orders with precision, following special requests to ensure every plate is perfect
- Clear and reset tables quickly, keeping the dining room ready for the next group
- Support fellow servers by pitching in to keep the team shining
- Own food safety and sanitation, maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and patio
- Monitor product quality and address any issues to ensure every guest leaves happy
- Perform additional tasks as needed, bringing energy to all areas of the dining room
