We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and energetic Dining Room Server to become an essential part of our community. As a Dining Room Server, you will work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to maintain smooth service flow in our 5-star dining room. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to carry trays and serve meals
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Communicate effectively in English
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content
- Keep restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectation
- Perform dishwashing duties during shift as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining service flow
- Provide friendly and respectful customer service to residents
- Maintain dining area presentation according to company standards
