The Dining Room Server role at Aramark encompasses assisting the manager and participating in various food service tasks. This position involves preparing meals and baked goods according to set menus, overseeing cash receipts, and maintaining accurate meal records. Servers play an essential role in supporting daily report completion and ensuring compliance with prescribed standards for food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety. The job requires proficiency in operating culinary devices, specifically blades, and ensuring fast food preparation that meets both presentation and customer satisfaction standards.   • maintain cleanliness of refrigeration units, freezers, cooking and serving equipment
  • comply with food safety rules including sanitation, safe handling, and storage
  • adhere to uniform and personal protective equipment protocols
  • coordinate menu with manager for daily preparations
  • monitor and manage food temperature
  • keep work and storage areas clean and organized
  • sanitize steam tables, counters, and equipment
  • comply with cleaning procedures like sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
  • maintain garbage collection and kitchen floor cleanliness
  • perform alternate duties as assigned including support to other kitchen areas
