Job Description

Dial is a respected organization dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors. As a senior living community, Dial focuses on creating a supportive, welcoming environment that feels like family for both residents and employees. The company values teamwork, professional growth, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. Dial offers a positive workplace culture where team members can grow personally and professionally while contributing meaningfully to the well-being of others. They emphasize the importance of respect, compassion, and service, making Dial an ideal place for those passionate about senior care and hospitality.

The role available is a unique opportunity for candidates interested in working in a restaurant-like setting within a senior living community, specifically in a non-tipping environment. This position is well-suited for individuals seeking a steady work schedule and consistent income without the unpredictability of late shifts. Flexibility is a key component as the role requires occasional work on weekends and holidays. The working hours are favorable since no late-night shifts are required, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

As a team member serving residents in this position, you will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for the seniors. Daily responsibilities include serving meals, taking orders, setting and resetting tables, and providing personalized service that recognizes residents' preferences and needs. You will help create a warm and dignified dining atmosphere where every resident feels valued and cared for. Interaction with residents is a cornerstone of this role, where addressing them by name and accommodating their food and beverage likes and dislikes contribute to their comfort and satisfaction.

The job involves preparing beverages, ensuring water glasses and coffee cups are always filled, and clearing tables efficiently during and after meals. Confidentiality is a priority, as you will be handling sensitive information about residents and community operations. This position demands someone who can promote teamwork, follow health and safety regulations, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role. The company fosters a culture of employee recognition, loyalty incentives, and offers comprehensive benefits to support its workforce.
