The role of Dining Room Server at Belmont Village Senior Living involves ensuring a welcoming, comfortable dining atmosphere and exceptional mealtime experiences for residents in the Assisted Living community. As a Dining Room Server, individuals will be tasked with hands-on table service and supporting special dining events and celebrations. Servers work collaboratively within a team structure to deliver precise and attentive service to assigned tables in the community’s on-site restaurant. Duties include taking accurate orders, offering thoughtful menu recommendations, and ensuring food and beverages are served promptly and at the correct presentation standards. The role also requires maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the dining environment, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages meet the needs of residents throughout each meal.

- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position
- Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience is preferred
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
- Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
- Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
- Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
