Whether you are seeking a new challenge, a sense of belonging, or a rewarding workplace, Aramark offers a wide range of job opportunities tailored to fit entry-level to managerial roles in various sectors, including food services and hospitality.

The role of a Dining Room Server at Aramark is integral in ensuring high standards in food preparation, service, and kitchen safety. As a Dining Room Server, you will assist the manager by performing various tasks such as food and meal preparation, managing cash receipts, maintaining accurate meal records, and supporting daily report completion. This position requires a dedication to upholding food production and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and patrons. You will be responsible for preparing food and baked goods according to set menus, verifying daily transactions and meal plans, and serving food to patrons in line with established policies and schedules.

In addition to food service, the Dining Room Server must understand and utilize culinary devices safely, particularly blades, and manage quick food preparation for a variety of items, including drinks. Enhancing customer satisfaction through the presentation and garnishment of dishes is an essential part of the role. Aramark values those who can work effectively under pressure and communicate well with management regarding menu coordination and daily operational needs. This role is suitable for individuals with at least a high school diploma or equivalent and who possess a Food Service Certification. The ability to understand written and oral instructions clearly and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
