Touchmark is currently seeking Casual Staff to join their team, specifically for the role of Dining Room Server. This position is designed for those interested in working under 20 hours per week, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility alongside meaningful work. The shifts available include day shifts from 7:00am to 2:00pm and evening shifts from 4:30pm to 8:00pm. As a Dining Room Server at Touchmark, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring a friendly, inviting atmosphere during meal times. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to serve at special events and catered functions hosted by the community.

This role is not only about delivering exceptional service but also about building lasting relationships with residents and mentoring junior colleagues within the dining team. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a dining room server or in a customer service role

  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures

Job Duties
