Job Requirements
- Must be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Seasoned dining room professional
- Proven industry knowledge
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a dining room server or in a customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
Job Duties
- Take orders from residents and guests
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide a friendly and inviting dining experience
- Assist in serving at special events and catered functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Mentor and support junior dining room colleagues
