Job Description

Dial is a dynamic and compassionate senior living community dedicated to enhancing the lives of its residents through exceptional care and service. The organization prides itself on fostering a supportive and family-like atmosphere where team members and residents alike feel valued and connected. With a strong commitment to infusing happiness into the daily lives of those they serve, Dial creates an environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. The company emphasizes learning from experienced seniors and provides opportunities for employees to develop skills while making a meaningful difference in the community. This approach not only extends the years of their residents' lives but enriches the quality of those years, ensuring a rewarding experience for all involved.

The position offered at Dial is ideal for individuals seeking steady hours and income in a respectful, restaurant-like setting without the complications of tipping. This role is particularly suited for candidates who value flexibility, as occasional weekends and holidays will be part of the schedule, but late-night shifts are not required. The working environment is designed to provide a favorable balance with predictable hours. The job involves serving meals to residents, taking orders, and assisting them throughout their dining experience, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Employees will be responsible for setting and resetting tables, offering beverage options, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere. The role underscores the importance of personal attention, including addressing residents by name and catering to their preferences. Beyond serving meals, team members are expected to uphold confidentiality regarding resident and operational information and maintain compliance with food-handling regulations. This opportunity at Dial offers not only the chance to be part of a caring community but also to grow professionally in a role that values teamwork, respect for senior individuals, and consistent service excellence.

Perks and benefits at Dial include birthday and anniversary paid time off, tuition assistance, double pay on holidays, immediate paid time off accrual, referral bonuses, free meals during shifts, loyalty incentives, employee recognition programs, and discounts through major service providers such as Verizon and AT&T. Additionally, support such as a pay advance program, comprehensive medical and prescription drug insurance including dental and vision, basic term life and AD&D insurance, 401K plans, and flexible spending accounts for dependent care further enhance the overall compensation package. This comprehensive benefits suite reflects Dial's commitment to the well-being and satisfaction of its team members, making it an attractive place to build a career in senior care and hospitality.
