Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience in quality food and beverage operations
- high school diploma required
- willing to obtain Food Handlers certification
- current CPR and First Aid certifications
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- excellent communication skills
- strong financial acumen
- ability to supervise, hire, and train staff
- adept in formal dining operations and resident engagement
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience in quality food and beverage operations
- high school diploma required
- college degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business preferred
- willing to obtain Food Handlers certification
- current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
- Certified Dietary Manager or Certified Food Protection Professional license preferred
