- Proven success in managing a high-volume upscale or high-end resort restaurant
- Demonstrated passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service

- Ability to handle financial oversight including budgets and sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service quality
- Lead, train, and develop restaurant staff to maintain performance standards
- Oversee guest satisfaction and handle customer concerns promptly
- Maintain wine knowledge and culinary excellence in partnership with the kitchen team
- Implement and uphold systems, methods, and processes to enhance restaurant execution
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, inventory, and sales goals
- Foster a positive team environment which promotes career growth and development
