  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service quality

  • Oversee guest satisfaction and handle customer concerns promptly
  • Maintain wine knowledge and culinary excellence in partnership with the kitchen team
