Job Description

Anthony's is a family-owned group of restaurants with 25 locations across the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. For over 50 years, Anthony's has been dedicated to showcasing the best of the region through fresh local seafood, in-season ingredients, and genuine hospitality. This dedication to quality is reflected in a unique approach to sourcing as Anthony's operates its own wholesale company. This model ensures direct sourcing from local fishermen, ranchers, and trusted partners, guaranteeing that only the freshest and highest-quality food reaches their kitchens each day. With a strong regional presence and commitment to excellence, Anthony's has built a reputation as a beloved dining destination and a supportive place of employment.

Anthony's is more than just a restaurant group — it’s a community that values passionate individuals who are eager to grow within the hospitality industry. The company invests in its team members by providing competitive pay, consistent scheduling, opportunities for internal advancement, and a supportive environment designed to help employees develop their skills and build long-lasting careers. Whether employees are just beginning their journey or seeking to advance to the next level, Anthony's welcomes individuals with a warm, welcoming spirit and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

The Dining Room Manager role is a pivotal position within each restaurant, responsible for leading the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding dining experience for guests. This role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to maintain an active presence on the dining floor. The Dining Room Manager collaborates closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership to coordinate service flow, support team performance, and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and care. This position requires excellent multitasking skills, the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to coach and motivate team members.

The manager's leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant success. Duties include managing scheduling and labor to support restaurant goals, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards, engaging guests to enhance the dining experience, and participating in training and company initiatives to strengthen team culture. Benefits for the role include overtime pay with an incentive percentage based on restaurant operating profit, options for medical, dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet insurance for eligible employees, enrollment in a 401k savings plan with company matching, generous vacation and sick time, personal floating days, scholarships, meal discounts, and employee assistance programs.

Anthony's commitment to equal employment opportunity and an inclusive work environment ensures that all team members feel valued and supported. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have previous restaurant management experience, are passionate about hospitality, and are looking for a stable and rewarding management position within a respected company. With locations spread throughout vibrant communities, Anthony's continues to be a leader in fine, regional dining and a nurturing workplace cultivating career growth.
