Job Requirements
- four or more years as a lead head or general manager operational manager in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
- competent knowledge of wines and spirits including varietals and production methods
- high proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- experience with online reservation management and point of sale systems
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of property management cashiering procedures
- ability to understand basic math and budgeting issues
- ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- must be able to be on feet for long periods of time
- must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee all front-of-house daily operations including reservation management seating arrangements and service standards
- manage inventory of consumables and order supplies
- schedule and manage labor to meet guest volume and budget
- communicate company-wide information to the dining room team
- maintain a professional and positive work environment fostering teamwork and development
- recruit interview hire and train staff to service standards and company culture
- lead teams during service to ensure service excellence
- address guest feedback professionally and timely
- manage labor alcohol and operations budgets
- review daily financial reports to meet labor and revenue goals
