Job Description
Paradise Village is a distinguished senior living community that is part of the Generations family of companies, which have been proudly serving senior living communities throughout California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Washington since 1943. Generations is a family-first, family-owned, and family-operated business committed to enhancing the vitality and joy of both its residents and staff. At Paradise Village, you will find a welcoming atmosphere where the unique gifts and complementary skills of every team member are appreciated and nurtured. The community embodies a warm, caring environment that truly feels like a family caring for families. This commitment to excellence and personal connection makes Paradise Village unlike any workplace you have ever experienced.
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate waitstaff to join our team, who share our passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. As a member of the dining services team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our residents and guests. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and comfortable dining environment by adhering strictly to cleanliness and operational standards as set forth by federal, state, and local authorities. You will be expected to provide prompt, courteous service to enhance each guest’s mealtime.
Our waitstaff play an integral role in upholding the mission, vision, and values of Generations in every interaction and aspect of their daily work. We offer positions that are either full-time or part-time, with shifts typically from 10 am to 7 pm, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. Our compensation package includes paid time off for all employees, whether full or part-time, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time staff. We also offer a 401(k) employer match program, promoting your financial well-being post-employment. Beyond benefits, we foster a safe work environment and provide on-the-job training to support your growth and development within the company. Employee engagement initiatives and ample opportunities for career advancement further enhance the rewarding work experience at Paradise Village.
Working with us means becoming part of a team that values collaboration, respect, and a shared commitment to improving the quality of life for seniors. If you are someone who thrives in a role where you can spread joy and care while delivering excellent service, we want you to join our family. Our community is a place where your work truly matters, where every meal served is an opportunity to brighten someone's day, and where your dedication to service is recognized and celebrated. Join Paradise Village and experience the gratification of a career that combines professional growth with purposeful, heartfelt service.
