- TABC and food safety certification

Job Duties
- Creates wow by anticipating needs and wants
- greets the members by name
- updates the menus for the current shift
- maintains host stand and front of the house display areas to project a clean and attractive image
- schedules dining reservations and notifies manager and servers of any special requests
- assigns table sections to servers
- coordinates the activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to members
