Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand and move for long periods

Job Qualifications
- Previous host or hostess experience preferred but not required
- Friendly and approachable personality

Job Duties
- Greet Members and guests by name with a smile and friendly conversation
- Escort Members and guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
- Manage reservations, seating charts, and waitlists efficiently
- Communicate with service staff regarding seating, special requests, and timing
- Assist with table resets, menus, phone calls, and other supporting tasks
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle Member concerns empathetically and escalate when necessary
