Job Requirements

Previous experience as a host or hostess in the restaurant or hospitality industry
High School diploma or GED preferred
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Greet every guest with a friendly smile and promptly escort them to their table while balancing flow among different server stations
Ensure optimal table assignments based on rotation, customer preferences, and party size
Utilize the customer paging system to manage seating effectively during busy periods
Assist with special seating requests and provide guests with clean menus
Communicate guest seating arrangements and any special requests to servers and bus staff
Gather feedback from guests regarding their dining experience and offer a friendly farewell as they leave
Keep your work area organized, ensuring menus and supplies are always clean and readily available
