With a rich history and a presence spanning multiple countries, Hilton has welcomed over 3 billion guests worldwide, continually striving to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. The company offers a diverse portfolio of prominent brands, each dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and setting new standards in travel and accommodation. Hilton is also celebrated for its award-winning workplace culture, having received accolades such as placement on the World's Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. The company is deeply invested in creating an inclusive and supportive environment where team members are valued, empowered, and motivated to grow their careers.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Hilton, you play a vital role in delivering the signature hospitality the brand is known for. Your primary responsibility extends beyond serving food and beverage; you contribute to creating memorable guest experiences by spreading warmth and genuine care in every interaction. This role involves welcoming executive guests upon arrival, addressing their inquiries, and efficiently resolving any complaints to guarantee a pleasant stay. You will prepare service areas by stocking serviceware, arranging furniture, and setting up coffee or bar stations, ensuring everything is aesthetically pleasing and ready for service. A key aspect of this position is maintaining service stations throughout the shift, keeping them stocked, clean, and organized to uphold Hilton's high standards.

In addition, the role involves managing serviceware and inventory effectively, including collecting used items, checking inventory quality, and restocking the kitchen as needed. Importantly, you will adhere to stringent health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and team members alike. Hilton embraces core values that guide its team members, such as passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present moment to make impactful contributions.

Joining Hilton means more than just starting a job; it is an opportunity to thrive with unmatched benefits and support. The company offers extensive employee perks like deeply discounted travel nights at world-class hotels, an employee stock purchase program with a discount, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources through an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement savings plans. Hilton's commitment to the well-being and career development of its team members fosters a workplace where individuals can build meaningful careers and enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance. As part of Hilton, you become a part of a dedicated team that is passionate about making every stay remarkable and becoming a beacon of exceptional hospitality worldwide.
