This opportunity is for the position of Dining Room Attendant at THE COLLEGE OF NEW JERSEY, under Sodexo’s management. This role is available as either full-time or part-time employment with a competitive pay rate of $16.50 per hour. Ideal for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service, the Dining Room Attendant is vital in creating a welcoming and pleasant dining environment. The position requires working varying shifts with open availability preferred to accommodate the dynamic schedule of a college dining facility.

As a Dining Room Attendant, your primary role is to be a warm-welcomer and ambassador for the dining experience. You will assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hospitable dining area, enhancing the overall quality of life for the guests you serve. This includes tasks such as setting tables with appropriate linens and china, pouring water for guests, clearing and cleaning tables efficiently, and assisting servers when necessary. Your commitment to providing fast, friendly, and professional customer service directly impacts the dining guests’ satisfaction and the establishment’s reputation.
