Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior related work experience required but preferred
  • no supervisory experience required
  • no licenses or certifications required
  • ability to move and lift objects up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
  • ability to read and verify visual information
  • ability to handle physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing

Job Duties

  • Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
  • dismantle merchandise
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • store equipment appropriately
  • lock refrigerators
  • restock items
  • turn off lights
  • lock doors
  • complete daily cleaning checklist
  • organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use
  • maintain workspace cleanliness throughout the day
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • ensure neat and professional uniform and appearance
  • maintain confidentiality of company information
  • protect company property
  • support coworkers with dignity and respect
  • assist team to achieve common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • read and visually verify information
  • manipulate objects of various sizes and weights
  • reach overhead and below knees, including bending and twisting
  • navigate uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
  • greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette
