Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferred experience in food and beverage environments
- no supervisory experience required
- no certifications required
- ability to work full-time during the preferred evening shift
- physical capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit or walk throughout the entire shift
- ability to read and verify information accurately
- professional appearance and demeanor
- willingness to comply with all company safety and confidentiality policies

Job Duties
- Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
- disassemble merchandise
- clean all equipment and areas
- store equipment appropriately
- lock refrigerators
- restock items
- turn off lights
- lock doors
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- organize, stock and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware and silverware before use
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using constant cleaning procedures
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information
- protect company property
- support coworkers with dignity and respect
- assist the team to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds unassisted
- stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- grasp, turn and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting waist, dragging and stooping
- navigate sloped, uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- ascend and descend stairs and/or service ramps
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with others
- answer phone calls using proper etiquette
- perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
