Crestline Hotels & Resorts fosters an inclusive work environment and upholds equal opportunity employment practices, ensuring that all qualified individuals have fair access to career opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. With a strong emphasis on career development and employee well-being, Crestline Hotels & Resorts offers a range of benefits designed to support associates both inside and outside of work.

The company is currently seeking Seasonal Support Staff for the 2026 Summer Season, including Hosts, Bussers, Food Runners, and Bar Backs, with positions offered at an hourly wage of $15.16 plus tips. This seasonal role entails a variety of front-of-house duties including hosting, bussing tables, food running, and bar backing. The ideal candidate will exhibit flexibility with open availability to work morning, mid, and evening shifts throughout the week, including weekends. Candidates will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced setting, developing their skills in customer service, teamwork, and operational efficiency. Crestline Hotels & Resorts supports its team members’ professional growth and aims to foster a positive work culture where associates can thrive and advance their careers.

Responsibilities include duties that involve cleaning and setting tables, managing dishware and service areas, assisting with guest requests such as serving ice water or coffee, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining environment. The role also involves stocking and replenishing supplies, carrying dishes and trays between kitchens and dining areas, cleaning spills, and assisting servers during busy periods. Seasonal support staff must maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrate good communication skills especially in English, and be willing to work diligently to enhance the guest experience.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21 years of age if they will serve alcoholic beverages, and preferably possess prior experience in a similar hospitality role. The company encourages applicants to bring their energy and commitment to a dynamic team environment where they will contribute to upholding Crestline Hotels & Resorts' standards of excellence. Employees can expect to enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401k savings plan with company match, volunteer opportunities, travel discounts, and other advantages depending on the location.
