Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Availability to work during open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment
