Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months to one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and speak English
- Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in resort or private club setting
- Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training
- Alcohol Awareness Training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Regular and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Manage daily food and beverage functions including guest satisfaction and customer service
- Train and develop food and beverage personnel
- Oversee menu planning, ordering, and vendor preferences
- Supervise inventory management and food production
- Ensure sanitation standards are consistently met
- Maintain regular communication with department leaders to meet operational objectives
- Manage front of house service in dining areas including restaurant, patio, cabanas, and poolside dining
- Interview, hire, train, and evaluate department staff
- Monitor business volume and plan manpower accordingly
- Inspect facility for maintenance and repair needs
