Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years managerial experience in a restaurant setting
- proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
- availability to work a five-day workweek including evenings and weekends
