Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Prior experience with food preparation considered a plus
Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to age-related needs of residents
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor
Capacity to handle multiple tasks and demands efficiently

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service-related field required
Experience in a healthcare setting required
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Phone etiquette proficiency
Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
Ability to interact effectively with people of varying personalities and temperaments
Initiative to resolve immediate problems independently

Job Duties

Greet residents upon arrival
Manage seating arrangements to ensure efficiency and comfort
Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
Interact with residents to answer questions and provide assistance
Address any concerns of residents promptly to ensure satisfaction
Support food service operations with knowledge of food preparation
Maintain knowledge of age-related care needs to enhance resident interactions
