Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Prior experience with food preparation considered a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to age-related needs of residents
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and demands efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service-related field required
- Experience in a healthcare setting required
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Phone etiquette proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Ability to interact effectively with people of varying personalities and temperaments
- Initiative to resolve immediate problems independently
Job Duties
- Greet residents upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements to ensure efficiency and comfort
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
- Interact with residents to answer questions and provide assistance
- Address any concerns of residents promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support food service operations with knowledge of food preparation
- Maintain knowledge of age-related care needs to enhance resident interactions
