Job Requirements

  • Have an established work record with a previous employer for at least one full year
  • Demonstrate discipline to accept detailed company procedures
  • Be guest services driven, detail oriented, warm and amiable
  • Possess a sincere desire to serve and please guests with great attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screening

  • Previous work experience of at least one year in a related role
  • Ability to follow detailed structures, protocols and procedures
  • Guest services driven with a warm and amiable personality
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulousness in service

Job Duties

  • Seat the Grill 225 dining room for the dinner hour
  • Assist and work side-by-side with food and beverage management on a daily basis
  • Efficiently seat dining guests and assign tables to service staff members
  • Assist with planning the seating arrangements for both lunch or dinner service
  • Assist with accepting and processing new dining reservations calls
  • Assist with confirming dining reservation arrivals by phone
  • Assist with managing and updating guest data records in our software system
