As a Dining Host at Main Event, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience in the dining and bar areas. This role focuses on welcoming guests with a friendly attitude, efficiently managing seating arrangements, and maintaining communication between servers, server assistants, and managers to ensure guests receive seamless service. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, an integral part of the dining experience that reflects the company’s dedication to guest well-being. Job Duties

  • upholding our cleanliness and safety standards
  • welcoming and greeting all dining guests while gathering details about their visit
  • perform table management and keep waitlist updated
  • seat the guests or hand them off to another host
  • communicate with servers and guests, using table touches, to ensure a seamless experience
  • thanking our guests for coming and welcoming them back
  • performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
