Our establishment is a distinguished provider of hospitality and recreational services, focusing primarily on delivering outstanding event and dining experiences. We specialize in organizing Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) events, banquets, social gatherings, private parties, and special occasions that leave lasting impressions on all attendees. Our core mission is to create memorable moments by combining top-tier service with meticulous event coordination. As a dynamic and growing company committed to excellence, we aim to foster a culture of professionalism, innovation, and guest satisfaction. Through collaboration with culinary teams, vendors, and clientele, we ensure every event is executed flawlessly and every guest feels valued and appreciated.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to assume the role of Event & Dining Experience Coordinator. This role is pivotal to our success, acting as the primary hospitality ambassador responsible for orchestrating a wide range of events and ensuring superb guest experiences. The coordinator will take charge of planning, organizing, and executing diverse functions while maintaining cohesive communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams. From logistics such as room setup, food service timing, and décor to managing client and vendor relationships, this position demands meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

The Event & Dining Experience Coordinator will also oversee operational aspects of dining services, including managing inventory, coordinating service and breakdown, and developing budgets. Financial oversight is essential, with a responsibility to monitor expenses and implement cost-control strategies without sacrificing quality or guest satisfaction. Compliance with health and safety regulations and adherence to quality standards form a foundation of daily responsibilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment.

Our ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in hospitality management or event coordination, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event or restaurant management software is a must to help streamline operations and reporting. Flexibility is required to accommodate the varied hours that the hospitality industry demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This full-time position not only offers the opportunity to join a reputable and forward-thinking hospitality company but also the chance to advance your career in event and dining coordination. Join us and contribute to elevating guest experiences through your expertise and passion for hospitality.
