Dining Attendant (Server)

QSL Management is currently seeking a Server for Barclay House of Stuart, a premier senior living community known for its elegant dining experiences paired with personalized hospitality. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment options and provides a competitive wage of $15 per hour along with an excellent benefits package. The Server position involves delivering gracious hospitality while ensuring every resident and guest has a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a caring heart and a commitment to service excellence, particularly within a senior living environment.

The Server will play a crucial role in assisting with bar and coffee shop operations as scheduled, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, and guiding guests confidently through food and beverage choices. Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health in all dining areas is essential to uphold the community's reputation for quality. The Server is responsible for taking accurate orders and working collaboratively with team members to ensure prompt and world-class service. Setting and resetting tables according to company standards, assisting with meal preparations, and helping manage stock levels for bar, coffee shop, and front-of-house supplies will also be part of daily duties.

Additionally, this position involves participation in special events and activities, contributing to the vibrant and engaging atmosphere within the community. Flexibility in scheduling, including working holidays, weekends, and for pre-planned special events, will be necessary to meet the dynamic needs of the dining services. The Server must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with both staff and residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining environment.
