Wind Crest is hiring a Dining Associate to join their Continuing Care department. This role is pivotal in delivering top-notch dining service that enriches the residents' daily living experience by ensuring smooth operation of the dining room and pantry. Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with bi-weekly pay. Positions are available for full-time and part-time schedules, offering flexibility to accommodate different availability needs.

The Dining Associate will be responsible for greeting residents warmly, ensuring their dining environment is welcoming and well-organized, assisting servers and kitchen staff for a seamless service flow, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining areas. This role also involves supporting nutritional goals for residents by ensuring adequate food intake, handling phone requests professionally, and assisting in training wait staff.
